A well-established and growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal or Legal Assistant to support attorneys handling pre-suit and/or litigation matters. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced PI environment and takes ownership of their cases.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial
• Draft and organize pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and demand packages
• Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and vendors
• Manage deadlines, calendars, and case files
• Assist with trial preparation, mediations, and hearings as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in personal injury
• Strong knowledge of PI pre-suit and/or litigation procedures
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office
• Florida PI experience strongly preferred
